VBS VOLUNTEER TRAINING

ALL volunteers must attend one training meeting either in June or July.

ALL volunteers must attend the VBS kick-off meeting, held on Thursday, July 17th at 6:00 p.m.

On Friday after VBS, ALL volunteers must stay until 2:00 p.m. for breakdown and clean-up. A pizza lunch will be provided as we celebrate God’s goodness!

ALL volunteers must arrive 15 minutes early every day to prepare for the arrival of campers.

Decorating/Prep Day is Sunday, July 20st from 1:00-3:00 p.m. We need everyone to prepare the campground before Monday morning! Volunteers are welcome to help prep for VBS throughout the summer weeks during our decorating days.

HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH SMALL GROUP NIGHT OUT

Instead of having Youth Group at the church, we will be taking the students out to do fun events. It is a great opportunity for our leaders to build deeper relationships with your students and for students to foster better community amongst themselves!

Please email Caymen if you need additional information as money and waivers will be required for this event.
